The stupid move of a highly educated person. Real Dumb. My office has a very 'deadly' environment. Anyting u joked may sparkle off a big 'fire' frm no where. This morning I passed a super duper casual remark to 1 of my colleagues and it immediately became a 'SERIOUS' issue dat mite lead to my another colleague being sacked. All I can say abt my manager is --> She's an absolute idiot. Slow thinker like me also know the 1st step to be taken la but she doesn't!! N the fact is she's supposed to be more knowledgeable & educated than me!! Think her EQ cannot make it already.

Though my colleague managed to explain himself aft dat, my impression of the manager had plunged down to duNno where liaO. Utterly disappointed wif how she handled the whole situation. Even my close fren is shocked to see her react this way. Not sure if my colleague will draw lines with her in the future, but for me, I guess today's experience really knocked some senses into me.Yes, I'm keeping away frm her. U nvr know when she'll use the same method on me one day. *coLd shiverS*
