The past 2 days had been very tough for me, mental state especially. It was a complete mess and for so many yrs, I had not experienced losing such big control over my own emotions.

Smthg happened yesterday which totally caught me offguard. I tot I was unfeeling & strong enough not to get emotional over certain matters which I've long been immuned, but only to find out dat it was so wRonG. Haiz...

Next few days r gonna b hard as well so not sure if I could pull thru' the crisis safely. Buddy's not arnd and I only hav u to trust. Please be there for me. =)
